Wellness Reset
Restore, find peace, and wellness in this gentle workshop that is co-hosted by Steph Silver, life & wellness coach, and Helena Hauk, certified nutrition coach. With meditation, gentle yoga, sound healing, and healing breath work.
Enjoy a safe space of self discovery and reflection while learning tools to help you handle the every day stresses of life. Come with an open heart and mind allowing for self-care techniques to transform you while being nourished and pampered in a beautiful intimate setting.
This event is from 10am - 2pm with arrival and registration beginning at 9am. A healthy lunch will be provided along with water, teas and light snacks throughout your time. You are welcome to bring your own water bottle to refill with filtered water.
Dress comfortably for the outdoors (weather permitting). We will provide yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets. If you have a preference to bring your own mat you are welcome to do so.

Wellness Retreat: Move Closer To Your Ideal Life
We all need a gentle reset from time to time. That’s why we’ve developed this perfect wellness reset package that provides for guided connection, gentle movement, pampering and reflection.
Our wellness retreats begin each day with intention, meditation and movement then work in nourishment discovery and connection exercises and pampering for the body and soul with scratch made meals, nature adventures, reflection sessions, and spa treatments.
Our wellness retreats serve 8-12 people at a time and all sessions are voluntary so you won’t have to worry about large groups and there is plenty of time to sneak away for quiet reflection and down time.
