This wellness reset event in the Texas Hill Country is from 10am – 2pm with arrival and registration beginning at 9am. A healthy lunch will be provided along with water, teas and light snacks throughout your time. You are welcome to bring your own water bottle to refill with filtered water.

Dress comfortably for the outdoors (weather permitting). We will provide yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets. If you have a preference to bring your own mat you are welcome to do so.
